Hey, welcome back. Today I’m here to talk about MMA and the self defense part of it. MMA, which stands for mixed martial arts, is a unique combination of martial arts, jujitsu, and wrestling. People think that MMA is just a sport a that has no meaning to them, BUT those people are wrong.

Learning Mixed Martial Arts

  Learning martial arts isn’t easy, and let me tell you, it will be quite a physical and mental test to learn and complete. I would workout and practice all the time and show little signs of improvement…if any.  At a certain point nothing was getting better.                I first bought this program about 5 months ago. A former coach of mine recommended it to me. I wasn’t in the best of shape and my life wasn’t the best at the time.  Being a young adult, i always look for fast results.
